Friday

For more Favorite things go visit Suzanne over at Living to tell the story....

1. Frosted Animal Crackers by Nabisco. They are so good. I picked a bag up for my kids in Vacation Bible School next week...and also picked up a bag for us...opened them and could not quit eating them. Yummy!

2. 4 day weeks. They are just faster and easier. I may not know the day of the week we are on but who cares.

3. Eating lunch with Scott. It is always a treat to get to eat lunch with your spouse, even if its for an hour and all you talk about are the kids....that hour is is nice. Not having to contain a 3 year old in a booth.

4. The Last Day of School. Is today. Hip Hip Hooray Summer time is here. We can sleep in. The kids have had to go an extra week and tag on 30 minutes extra to their days to make up for the Ice Storm we had back in January. I'm just glad they did not go into June and its over!

5. Family walks in the evenings. We have been walking together as a family every evening. it's nice to hear about everyone's days.

No big plans this weekend. Friends over for dinner on Saturday night and a Sunday School picnic. The class is doing great. Please keep us in prayer still. Vacation Bible School gets kickin off Monday so we will still be helping with it this weekend. All good things though. Madison has a party tonight. She has become a social butterfly going to something every weekend. Today is working on VBS at the church and getting a new umbrella for the deck and new cushions for our chairs out back...yeah! Have a great weekend everyone!

I can feel your excitement Jen! So Madison is feeling better too...all is well!!
I love the summer also. We are not at the end of school yet but it is in sight. Evening walks with your family sound wonderful. Our teenagers are not so much into walking with us in the evening anymore. Enjoy yours.

A good Friday Favorites. Hey, I passed by your house Wednesday. I recognized the swing and the flowers around the tree in the front yard! Beautiful place yall have. Steph's last day is today also. Her boyfriend is riding the bus home w/her. I can't imagine doing that when I was in school!

I had the last day of school listed as well. :-)

Love those frosted animal crackers! I am exactly the same about four day weeks -- love 'em though I have trouble keeping up with what day it is, too.
