Lazy Days of Summer

It's another beautiful day here. The humidity is still low. But will climb Thursday into our weekend.
I'm looking forward to the pool today. We went yesterday late afternoon after nap time. Today we are going this morning. Leaving after lunchtime...Miller is learning to kick in the water. And becoming more independent in the water too. I'm doing some laundry and will clean up around the house this morning before leaving. Dinner tonight is Taco Casserole....and Sun Sweet Tea.
I need to run by the vet for dog food before we go today.
Tomorrow Miller goes to mom's to spend time with my parents...while Madison and I go to the pool again. We are getting our money's worth this week there.
Other than that keeping up on the house and swimming. That is our summer days right now. The summer is coming to an end and we are living it up every day to the fullest. We sleep in and stay up late. How is your summer going?

Sounds like some peaceful summer days to me! My idea of summer is staying inside, out of the sun, in the air conditioning though, so you can't go by me, LOL! :)

I can't say my summer is as lazy as yours, but I sure wish it was. You've got the right idea. Keep it simple, enjoy the pool, stay up late, sleep in. Sounds like the perfect summer to me.

Sounds like fun summer days to me! The girls and Benjamin are doing great with their swim lessons...they worked on the backstroke this morning!

this sounds very similar to my days! Layton is just learning how to kick but he isn't crazy about the water. I try to leave him at his Mimi's house as much as possible. Laura Grace is loving swimming and spending time with me!

My summer has been a little busy and I'm hoping for a slow week soon!
We had the little ones again for 4 days and went to the neighbor's pool once; thank goodness for pools!

This week my summer is great because I am on vacation! Plus the weather has been pretty good for here in July. Alas, I hurt my back riding my horse 2 days in a row and have been on a heating pad all day today. I guess it can't all be a bed of roses :)

It sounds like you're having a great summer. :) We've been hitting the beach a lot this month. We've been going to the pool too but more to the beach..... we still haven't quite gotten use to the idea of being so close to it! It was great catching up with you. Take care!

I wish I could spend as much time at the pool as you do!! It's a huge deal to go right now with three little kids! I only have so many hands :)

Your summer sounds like it is going along fantastically! We are enjoying this wonderful time of here at our house as well... long walks, playground time, playing with the hose, eating outside. I love summer!
