Fridays.

It's Friday so I'm participating in Susanne's Friday's Favorite Five Picks....five of my favorite things that have happened or I enjoyed the last week...so for more go on over and check it out.

1.Staying home for 2 days. Miller and I stayed home on Monday and Tuesday all day long. It was so nice to not have errands to run and just hang out together. I napped with him one day...he is so sweet and cuddly. Our time together is precious to me.

2. My mom. She came home Monday night....I was so excited. I'm glad she went to Florida and got to play great golf on beautiful golf courses and see an amazing golf tournament....but I'm also glad it's over and she is home...not only to help me with the kids but to hang out with me too. She is my best friend.

3.My Anniversary. It was yesterday. 15 years. Something to be proud of. We got to meet for dinner at a decent time actually. It was nice.

4. Caramel Kiss coffee....Scott surprised me with it this week...it is so good.

5. Warmer temps yesterday....it got up to almost 70..although we had crazy storms through out the night...it was nice to put the jackets away if only for one day.

Our weekend will be a bit crazy. We have 10 12 year olds coming to the house for a slumber party tonight. yes you heard me. It's Madison's birthday weekend. We are doing pizza, and dips and chips and candies, and the best part is the Chocolate Fountain....no cake...just a bunch of stuff to dip in the fountain of chocolate. yum! We have some movies and viola...a slumber party.
Miller is going to my moms for the night and Scott is actually staying the night with mamie...so it's me and the girls tonight. Say a prayer.
Saturday....we have volleyball practice in the morning....Madison has a lunch date with my parents and then our Sunday School Class is doing Pizza and Bowling for the family. So...we will be busy. Scott is working the weekend. But it's getting better...i finally see that light. Maybe in 2 weeks it will go normal...sorta.
I hope you all have a great weekend. And I will talk to you on Monday.

You are BRAVE with 10 tweens there. But I am sure it will be a ball. Plus, you can dip in the fountain! You should come up with a word that when someone says it everyone gets to dip in the fountain. That would be fun.

Happy Anniversary! And I'm glad your mom is home (I think my girls feel the same and I still miss my mom after 15 years without her).
Happy anniversary, Jen!

I hope you survive the weekend. Sounds like you'll need lots of that yummy new coffee. :-)
Hope Madison has a great birthday, and you survive the slumber party! Eat some of that chocolate fondue fountain for me! :)

Have a wonderful weekend, Jen!

Enjoy those wonderful cuddle moments. I sure miss them. But I don't think it would be the same with a 17 year old, 6'1" boy as it would be with one Millar's size. And I'm sure he'd have something to say about it. LOL.

I be thinking of you tonight with all those girls. Been there, done that, and I have survived to tell about it. :v)

What a busy weekend! Hope it all goes well, and the chocolate fountain sounds yummy -- but I wouldn't want to clean it up!

Congrats on 15 years. That is quite an accomplishment.
