What inspired my Blog Name...What's in a Name????


What inspired your blog name??....Barb @ A Chelsea Morning would like to know so go visit everyone else's names...........

I love coffee.....when I first began to to think about my blog....I wanted to have a name that felt comfortable and warm....that would make people feel welcome and at home. When I get on my lap top in the morning I always have a cup of coffee....it just goes together. So I sat down and thought about it for 2 days and came up with A Good Cup of Coffee....it just fit me. I love reading other posts and writing mine with a good cup of coffee....so there you have it.
My favorite coffee is of course Starbucks.....I love their coffee...with a splash of Rasberry and extra cream.

Yes I am a grandma again to a baby girl named Kylie.
Beta blogger is some new feature that you will see on your dashboard asking you if you want to switch. Apparently everyone will eventually be switched over anyway. It is a lot easier to use. It has awesome features making it easier to change things on your template and stuff without having to fool around with html and rss and whatever the heck that stuff is anyway. Just look to the column on your right side when you go into dashboard. Sandra also changed hers and when I found out she did it without a problem I figured what the heck.

Coffee's my thing too and I tried for weeks to come up with something catchy that had to do with coffee. Good for you for thinking of a great one!

I've enjoyed the living daylights out of everyone sharing how they chose the name of their blog. And you certainly succeeded - the name of your blog is indeed very comfortable and cozy. I couldn't agree more - nothing goes together better than a computer and a good cup of (Starbucks) coffee! :-)

First time visitor here. While I'm not a coffee drinker (I prefer cappucino) I do love the smell of coffee in the morning. Brings back memories of Sunday mornings at my grandparents' house. It's a great name, and it does convey a feeling of warmth and comfort.

Jen I've just finished a cup, going to get another! I grind 8 o'clock coffee every morn & I think if I had to re-name my blog it just might be...."Blessings in the South and a good cup of Coffee"!!! LOL!!LOL!!
