I Feel like a Million Bucks

When you have spent all night throwing up and your stomach is rolling...the next morning is like a winning lottery ticket. Today is a beautiful day...when Madison gets up we are going for a walk. I need to get exercising again. I used to walk 2 miles every morning and did for 4 years..until I got pregnant with Miller and was put on bed rest and was told absolutely no exercising!!!! SO I thought this would be a good day to start back. It will be good for the kids too. School will be starting back in about 2 1/2 weeks.....so sad to see Madison go back already..summer cant be almost over...it just cant.
Enjoy your day......get out of the house and do something great.

I have to get back to walking too. Here we live in a crater (of course inactive) and people are seen every day walking around it (about 3 miles mostly uphill out of the crater we all live at the bottom of). This is great exercise and for 4 years on and off I have walked it. Of course in the last 6 minths I haven't and it shows. So I am with you on walking. My kids go back to school on Thursday (we are year round modified), so I will probably make a start next Monday. Good luck to you and wish me luck.

So glad you feel better. Rotavirus went through our family last month and it was completely miserable.

My girls always got so excited about going back to school. New clothes, new school supplies, back in the classroom with all their friends. But it made me a little sad because it was the first sign summer was slipping away again.

I'm experiencing the same thing again after all these years. My daughter Mandy teaches third grade. She's spent most of the summer with me but returned home today to get her classroom ready for her new class - they arrive in three weeks.

Maybe my real problem is that ALL the seasons pass too quickly these days! :-)
