Monday's at Peggy's

For more Day Books...go on over to Peggy's @ The Simple Woman's Daybook

For Today...March 16th

Outside my window...the birds are chirping and it is dark still. Warmer temps start coming in.

I am thinking...of the lists I haven't made for the week. And what I need to write down.

From the learning rooms...Prepping for the Easter Egg hunt again (practice run)....and painting this week...a little baking cookies and singing alot of songs.

I am thankful for....friends who I laugh with.

From the kitchen... Poppyseed chicken with new potatoes and green beans, Ham and Bean soup...didnt have it last week.....Roast Beef and pepperjack Stromboli, Salmon Patties with mac and cheese and turnip greens...desserts will be cookies

I am wearing...new white pajamas.

I am reading... Esther.

I am hoping...for winter to be over.

I am creating... treasure boxes for our Tea Party in MOPS this week.

I am hearing...Scott make breakfast.

I'am thankful for....choices we make.

I'am going.....to take Miller to school....and run some errands. Then lunch with Miller and mamie.

Around the house... floors, bathrooms, laundry, stripping sheets, and cleaning out drawers in my bedroom

One of my favorite things... spring flowers coming up.

A few plans for the rest of the week... gymnastics, 2 bible studies, volleyball practice and two games, MOPS Tea Party, lunch with friends, nail appointment, church, and working in the garden..prepping it.

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you..yummy!

Isn't it going to be nice this week? I am so ready for warmer temps. Joe got our garden ready last week, tilling and such. Can't wait to see it growing.

You had to post a picture like that huh? I gave up chocolate for Lent and would you believe the museum we went to this week had a chocolate exhibit and free samples?? :)

Love your menu plan - you always have such great ideas. I will be stealing them soon - once i get organized enough to do so!
Mmm, the coffee looks good! I enjoyed reading your daybook. I can't wait for spring to get here!
