Friday Finally!

For more Favorite things....go on over to Suzanne's place. She hosts this every Friday and I just love it!

1. The television Show "Challenge" on the Food Network. They come on every night at 6pm and I tivo them. I love watching all of the challenges. Madison even watches them with me....we enjoy the competitions!

2. Kahlua Cake. YUM! We make this and can hardly keep it in the house. Such a great recipe.

3. Dinner with a friend. I know I add this every week. But I really enjoy having dinner with girlfriends and couple friends. I enjoy the conversation and the connections we make with other people. So Scott and I decided we would do something weekly with people, if we can...and so far its working....sitters are falling into place and I just love it. Tonight we are going to dinner with a great couple whom we just love.

4. Lysol Wipes. We have had a sick one this week so I have used Lysol Wipes like you cant believe. Very easy to use. I like easy.

5. Vacation Planning. We have been planning our trips for the year. We didnt go many places last year. This year we are doing more. We have our big trip in October to Disney. And we have a summer trip...still deciding where to go....Spring Break is with friends to St Louis. And we have a couples get away to Gatlinburg still, Madison and Scott have camp yet to come, and a trip or two to Nashville for the weekend. A big year and I'm so excited.

The weekend for us will be so busy. We have dinner tonight...whoo hoo with friends! Tomorrow Miller has an Easter Egg Hunt at Church. Madison has a Volleyball game...and drama rehersal. Sunday is church. And more drama rehersal. A MOPS Steering Team meeting and Dave Ramsey. Along with Madison's BIG preformance Sunday night. A long, fast, busy weekend. But that is the way I like it. See you Monday!

I need to get some of those Lysol wipes! We had a sick one earlier and the week and I always feel like every doorknob and half the house is infected. So far no one else has gotten it, thank God.

I've never had or even heard of Kahlua Cake. but it sounds wonderful!!

Dinner with friends and vacations are great favorites!

Oh my! Waht a recipe find that is. Thanks for that on the day before a weekend where I will probably consume the whole thing. Wait, I have no car and no Kahlua. Wonder if you could substitute Bailey's? Thoughts? I would think you could. Bailey's cake - has a good ring to it.

Have a wonderful weekend!

I want to try your Kahula Cake recipe. Is Kahula a flavoring or alcoholic beverage? I'm not familiar with it.

I enjoy you blog and how busy you stay. How did you ever have time to work?!
