I'm late for a very important date...

I totally forgot about this.....so Karla...please forgive me......he is my PARTY favorites everyone!

Jingle Juice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, with juice
  • 1 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle light rum
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 liter carbonated water
  • ice

Fiesta Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • Salsa

Spinach Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Four stack pudding recipe

LAYER 1:
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour

Mix, pack in 11"x14" pan and bake until it sticks together, 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. LAYER 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. marshmallows (opt.)

LAYER 3:

Mix 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over 2nd layer.LAYER 4:

Spread Cool Whip over 3rd Layer. Grate a Hershey bar or nuts (or both) over top. Chill.


White Chocolate Gorp

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds white chocolate
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal squares, e.g., Rice Chex ™
  • 3 cups toasted oat cereal
  • 2 cups thin pretzel sticks
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 (12 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolate pieces


Chicken Crescent Wreath

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (4 ounce) cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup chopped sweet red peppers
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 (5 ounce) can white chicken meat, drained or 3/4 cup cubed, cooked chicken
2 tablespoons chopped onions

  1. Arrange crescent rolls on a 12 inch pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the outer edge of pan and wide ends overlapping.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over wide ends of rolls.
  3. Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling will be visible).
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

They all sound So delicious. I love the idea of the fiesta pinwheels and I'm a sucker for dips so the spinach artichoke sounds amazingly good to me. Okay, they all sound awesome, actually! :)

That spinach artichoke dip sounds wonderful. I love both of those things and together with cream cheese can only mean heaven on a cracker.
