1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, with juice
- 1 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle light rum
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1 liter carbonated water
- ice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup picante sauce
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- Salsa
Spinach Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Four stack pudding recipe
LAYER 1:1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
Mix, pack in 11"x14" pan and bake until it sticks together, 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. LAYER 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. marshmallows (opt.)
LAYER 3:
Mix 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over 2nd layer.LAYER 4:
Spread Cool Whip over 3rd Layer. Grate a Hershey bar or nuts (or both) over top. Chill.
White Chocolate Gorp
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds white chocolate
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal squares, e.g., Rice Chex ™
- 3 cups toasted oat cereal
- 2 cups thin pretzel sticks
- 2 cups cashews
- 1 (12 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolate pieces
Chicken Crescent Wreath
2 (8 | ounce) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
1 (4 | ounce) cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese |
2/3 | cup condensed cream of chicken soup |
1/2 | cup chopped fresh broccoli |
1/2 | cup chopped sweet red peppers |
1/4 | cup chopped water chestnuts |
1 (5 | ounce) can white chicken meat, drained or 3/4 cup cubed, cooked chicken |
2 | tablespoons chopped onions |

- Arrange crescent rolls on a 12 inch pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the outer edge of pan and wide ends overlapping.
- Combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over wide ends of rolls.
- Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling will be visible).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

these recipes all sound so good. I think I am finally returning to "normal" around here. Both girls are feeling better...now if I can just get the house back in order.
