Slow Cook Thursday

I'm sharing an appetizer since the holidays are approaching....I love fast and easy things so here goes....

Chicken Dip

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of chicken diced or shredded
1 can of sliced mushrooms drained
1 Box of Wheat Thins

Add all ingredients and cook on high 2-3 hours or low 6-7 hours.... Stir on occasion. Serve with Wheat Thin crackers....it's always a big hit with parties and small get togethers....yummy.
ENJOY!
