My sister

Say a prayer for my sister. She is a missionary over in Peru. She is scheduled to come home next Thursday. We heard from them last night and they were okay....If you don't know what I'm talking about Peru had a 7.9 major Earthquake last night. She is in Lima, Peru now. Pray she makes it out of there and can fly home on time. Pray she didn't know many who passed away. Pray God keeps her and her husband safe.

Today ...I'm staying close to home to hear and make sure they are safe.

Such a tragedy, Jen. Your sister is in my prayers. I'm sure this is very difficult for her.

Just read your last couple of posts. My goodness, you're busy! But I totally agree with you, it's sad parents think when their kids start getting a little older, they don't need to stay involved in their school. If anything, it's more important as they approach their teens than ever. Such a shame they don't realize that. And good for you for agreeing to help out in your daughter's classroom. It's worth every moment you devote to it.
