Days like this

Good Tuesday morning. The weather here is awesome right now. Sunshine and cool temps. Great Great weather. Today Miller goes to school and I'm looking for Halloween Costumes...have to finalize this before Disney.

We got our pictures made at church last night for the directory...why dont these shots ever turn out good? Yuck!

Scott was informed at work he will be working 12 hour days until we leave for Disney...every.single.day! That means a whole lot of running around for me....by myself.

Tonight I will miss Madison cheering in the playoff games so I can be with Miller at his first school picnic. Sometimes us moms have to sacrifice. But that is life and that is being a momma. She understands. Speaking of Madison...she got her school pictures back yesterday and as she hopped in the car....she said i got my pics back and momma....I'm pretty for the first time in 7 years (meaning school picture years)....I teared up as I have always thought she was pretty...funny what they say...even if they are 7th graders.

I hope you all have a great day.......I think today and Thursday are my busiest days this week. Enjoy guys!

oh I'm sorry he has to be work those 12-hr days :( That makes the day feel soooo long, for the both of you!

It's too bad you have to miss Madison's cheering tonight, but yeah, as moms we get pulled in so many different directions! So glad she understands - and that she likes her school pic!

So sweet about Madison's school pics. Those little moments when we can catch a glimpse of what's on kids minds. Gotta love it.

Hi Jen, how nice your daughter liked her school pics, I never liked mine until like now a days! I understand how she feels about them. I am out blog hopping and found your blog, noticed you liked Genealogy so thought I would stop on by. I love that too. Sorry your husband has to work so long, my husband's days are like that too, today he was gone 15 hours! that is way to long. Have a great week!

Isn't this weather wonderful? I'm so ready for fall and cooler temps. Makes me very happy :)

That's awful that your husband has to work 12 hour days, you must all be exhausted.

So glad that Madison's pictures turned out well, it's so hard at that age, isn't it?! :)

Have a wonderful week, Jen!
