Chit Chat

Good Morning. The sun is shining and the air is cool this morning. Madison is still in bed. She is still not 100% well...so I have kept her home again. We got an anti biotic for her yesterday. So it should be kicking in. The house is quiet this morning. Which is nice. We are staying home again. I'm stripping sheets as I didn't do yesterday with her still sick. I need to clean bathrooms and possibly clean a cabinet out...I thought I should start trying to clean a drawer or cabinet out every time I stay home all day...what the hey....it will take less than 20 minutes you know.
Also today I plan on freezing my tomatoes and okra....that will be a chore. My garden is slowly dying.....I do however have small sweet potatoes coming up and we have pumpkins...3 now....they may not grow very big but big enough for Miller to paint at least. We have alot going on in the next few weeks....

* MOPS starts back up next week.

* Wednesday nights at church start back up also

* Our annual trip to Florida is coming up for our fall break

* Hayrides and fall decorating

I love fall though. It's my favorite holiday. Hayrides...apple cider...pumpkin spice candles...leaves falling....I cannot get enough.
So what is your favorite thing about fall?

Sorry to hear Madison is sick....I know the feeling. It is a little cooler here right now. The ground is mush from the 9 inches of rain we got. FALL....I love it. I was smelling a candle yesterday that was like an apple orchard or something. My mama went last week and picked apples in North Georgia.
I cant wait for Fall.

My favorite thing about fall is the lower temps. I can get more horsey rides in then cause I can't stand the hot hot temps anymore. BTW I have been meaning to tell you that I love the fact that you say 'striping the sheets'. My beloved mother used to say the same thing and I don't think I have heard it since until you said it.

My favorite thing about fall is the way the air feels. It's cool, clear, crisp. And how the blue the sky is in the fall. I love the smells, too. Yesterday I was at the mall with the kids and we were in a hurry -- buying soccer stuff and picking up a gift. We went by Yankee Candles and I just wanted to stand there and breath in the wonderful scents.

Hope Madison is on the mend today!

Praying Madison will feel much better today. :0)

Oh, Jen, you know I LOVE all things fall. I can't wait.
I'm sorry to hear that Madison is still sick. I hope that antibiotics kick in and she's feeling a lot better later on today.

I love fall too, it's my favorite time of year. I wish we had more cool weather and more fall color, but I still love it. I love the colors, the food, football season and most every part of it. It doesn't hurt that both of our birthdays are that time of year too, so lots to look forward to!

Hope you have a good day Jen and that no one else gets sick there! Don't pass those germs around :)

Sorry Madison is still sick, I'm sure the antibiotics will kick in soon and make her all better :)

I love everything about fall, unfortunately here in Arizona we never really get to see it LOL

Hi Jen! I love the coolness in the air. I love getting back into a routine and more discipline. Excited kids and SOCCER SEASON! Fall decorations and more of a schedule for cooking ... just to name a few. I also love Fall!

Sounds like life is going to get busy, busy! But in a good way :)

Fall is one of my favorite seasons. I love the beauty - the air, the colors, the smell, the tastes. I sure am going to miss living in Vermont this year. It's still in the 90's here. I don't think fall will be coming here anytime soon!

Hope Madison is on to full recovery today!

Fall is the season I miss most here. I used to call it sweatshirt weather and I loved it. Once in awhile we have weather that resembles this, but only a few days a year.

I wonder if the pumpkins you have will get bigger? It is still a long way from Oct. so maybe you will have one big enough to carve.

Fall? Definitely cooler weather! Candles, smells, cider and other yummy things like that...fun time of year but still quite a ways off for me.

Hope Madison is feeling better soon. I think I love everything about the fall but mostly the crisp cool air and the falling leaves. Hope you're having a great week.
