Mondays!

For more day books go on over to visit Peggy at The Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY...Monday...March 15th

Outside my window...daylight comes later now. It's chilly outside too.

I am thinking...of my garden we are getting ready to start.

I am thankful for...my children.

I am wearing..sweatshirt and pants.

I am remembering...my kids as babies....

I am going...nowhere until this afternoon. Then Madison has soccer and volleyball practice and Miller starts his first soccer practice tonight!

I am reading...Having a Mary heart in a Martha World. So good!

I am hoping... for a restful day.

On my mind... Scott's grandma's eye surgery this morning. Praying things go well.

From the learning rooms...Easter eggs!

Noticing that...the trees are budding and this means spring is coming soon.

Pondering these words...helping others.

From the kitchen... Monday...Chicken Quesadillas...Tuesday...Baked Ziti with a salad, Wednesday...church dinner, Thursday..Tostadas..Friday...Tilapia with green beans and couscous, Saturday...dinner out with friends, and Sunday...Veggie Beef Soup with cornbread!

What are we doing this week.....Gymnastics, church, bible study, volleyball practice, several soccer practices, nail appointment, Dr appointment, lunch with a girlfriend and dinner with great friends!

Around the house..cleaning up. The house was cleaned this weekend..just touch ups...and laundry!

One of my favorite things....rainy weekends.

From my picture journal..Madison's 13th Birthday Cake...such a great night for her!

That is some cake. Where did you ever find this.

Did you see where I commented we may be going to Ft. Campbell? Do you know what it's like in this area? Thanks.

Sounds like you are going to have a good week especially after all you went through last week. I was at the alter last night with some women and I was thinking about you. Thanking God you are safe.

I will pray for Scott's grandma's eye surgery to go well.

I love that cake!! Madison must have just flipped over it. So cool!

Having a Mary Heart was such an inspiration for me. I should read it again. There's a follow up book to it, I should probably check that one out first.
