Our first dance.

Our first dance is tonight. It's not that big of a deal for Madison. But boy it is for me and her daddy. I have always wondered what today would be like. We have a new outfit. We are taking time on her hair this afternoon. The ticket is purchased. The camera is ready. And I'm nervous.

Scott hasnt said alot. There is no date....just a fun dance where the girls will goof off I'm sure. But just another milestone of my dear little girl who is growing up before my very own eyes.

I knew this day would come and I havent been quite right all day. Say a prayer the night is magical for her and she has a great time.

I remember my first dance....and it was magical. Fun, exciting and memorable rolled up inot one. I know dances will come and go....but something about that first one.......

I leave you with this.....enjoy your day friends.

I never went to a single dance when I was in school. Just never had the desire at all.

I hope your daughter has a fab time.

Scary but exciting. It's fun to watch them grow up, but it's hard to miss them when they were younger.

These are exciting times for our girls! I loved "jr. high", as we called it, and I think Em is having a great time, too.

I'm so sorry about your aunt. Such a young woman. Prayers for you and your family.

I have tears in my eyes now, thinking of Laura Grace doing the same thing.
