A little of this and that

The Holiday is over. School and work went back to normal this morning. Miller and I are totally off schedule. We spent the entire weekend at the pool. It was nice and relaxing. Miller jumped off the diving board the last day the pool was opened.....in his flotation device (as my friends call it) he was so proud of himself. I made Oreo Truffles this morning. I'm tired though.

Trace Adkins rocked the house...he is so great! We had a nice meal and enjoyed the concert outside on the Ohio River. I'm waiting for Madison to come home. She has gymnastics and a football game to cheer at. Crazy I know.

I'm cooking a roast today. Yum. It smells so good. Corn and peas to go with it and potatoes. Leftover Peach Pie from yesterday for dessert.

It's hot today that sticky kind of hot. Hoping fall comes soon.
