For more day books go on over to see Peggy @ The Simple Woman

For Today...January 19th

Outside my Window...the birds are wondering around for food. The sun is not shining. And it's cold.

From the learning rooms...taking a break for the week. Madison is home today and we are just hanging out. Might paint later. And talk colors.

I'am thinking....about Miller. We started potty training this week. And his underwear is causing a rash on his butt. And its not going away. It worries me.

I'am thankful.....for freedom.

From the kitchen this week...Cheesy tortellini, Chicken and Dumplings, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, Taco Pizza, Chili.

I am wearing..pajamas...I need to go shower.

I am reading...The Shack

I am hoping...for snow. Even if it is 1-2 inches.

I am creating...a list for a trip coming up.

I am hearing...Miller play.

Around the house..baseboards, cleaning floors, hanging Madison's summer clothes up to sell, finishing my winter wreath for the front door, wiping windows down, and of course bathrooms.

One of my favorite things......a glass of white wine while watching the sunset.

Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week....gymnastics, hair and nail appointment, an over due lunch date with a friend, a play date at our house, MOPS (Spa Day), the grocery, my brother's birthday, and watching the season premiere of Lost.

A picture thought I would like to share

Good morning. Please don't wish for snow since I would have to drive to work in it. Unless it is on the weekend! That would be nice.

Chicken and dumplings.....hmmmmmmmmmmm. I need to make that!

This is the second time today I've read about chicken and dumplings! It sounds delicious. Oh, the potty training days. When you're in the middle of it, it seems it will never end. And then all of a sudden, it's done!

How are you liking The Shack?

Looks like a good day. I'm reading the shack too. And hubby and I are in the middle of season 1 of Lost. I'm never going to make it through season 6 by Wednesday. Should I just keep watching the DvDs and catch this season later on DvD, or jump in to this season at the same time. I am sooo hooked!

Pretty picture. I can't wait for Lost. I love that show.

I just finished The Shack and I liked it. I know some people loved it and some people hated it. I found it a good story with lots of hidden meaning.

Sorry to hear about Miller. Try Desytin. I use it on everything.
