Friday's at Suzanne's

I have been reading Suzanne at Living to tell the Story for at least 2 years now. Love her. She is just an inspiration to read. I always leave smiling. Anyway.................she has started something new at her place. Fridays Favorite Five.....looking back on your week and reflecting on your 5 favorite things. So I thought I would join in this week. It looks fun.

1. This sounds silly...but Miller and I stayed home two whole days not going anywhere. This is just music to my ears as we go so much. So this is such a high light when I can stay in pj's for awhile and hang out with him and just not worry with things outside my door.

2. Mexican Food....had lunch with Scott by ourselves on Wednesday and ate at our favorite Mexican place...Los Amigos.....yum yum yum!

3. Pumpkin Spice Creamer....finally found it our Walmart. It's in my coffee as I type. I love this one so much. There is also a new one I had not seen before called caramel apple...this one will get tried next time!

4. MOPS...such a wonderful ministry for mom's who have pre schoolers. Ours started out with eight mothers and now we are up to fifty....just a true blessing.

5. This sounds silly but...I love reality tv so all the shows this season have been really great. I love sitting on the couch watching all of them.

This was alot of fun...it helps you to reflect on some of your favorites things over the week. I cant say I do this often. So it's nice to sit down and think about it.
I hope you all have a fabulous weekend. We have a Chili Supper and Hayride to attend all day tomorrow. This will be so much fun. I love going to the pumpkin patches and hanging out and doing the hayrides and games for the kids....then heading to a friends house for a chili supper...even better.
Madison has another school dance tonight.....dont worry...are you ready???? Scott is chaperoning......yep! She is also staying the night with her best buddy. So things are good for her.
Sunday is church.
Our MOPS night group starts Sunday night also....fingers crossed.
Enjoy friends!

We LOVE Mexican food! There is one place we often go for lunch when my husband is available.

MOPS wasn't around when my kids were young, but I was blessed to have friends with toddlers with whom to talk and share and trade off baby-sitting, so I can imagine what a blessing MOPS can be.

I'm so glad you played Jen! I loved reading your faves from the week! And your words are too incredibly kind!

I'm so jealous of all your coffee flavors you guys get. We don't any of them up in my area of Canada. :v(

Pj days are the absolute best. And 2 in a row? Heaven! I'm bad for some reality shows too! Right now it's Survivor, Amazing Race (my fave) and So You Think You Can Dance Canada. We just had Canadian Idol where the winner was from my area and someone we had met. If you want to get sucked up in the hoopla have someone you know be on one of these things. LOL.

Enjoy your hayride and chili dinner!

I enjoyed this Jen....fun. You had two "Silly's" and neither were silly! I understand where you are coming from! Nothing like staying home...and in your PJ's. Not a fan of reality tv but I love old movies sooo.....who's silly? LOL! Have fun this weekend!

Your pajama days sound great! We loved our stay at home days when I was homeschooling. We had a fireplace in our home then and called our school Fireside Academy. It was so cozy to light a fire, curl up in our blankets and read!

Hi Jen - I'm over from Suzanne's. What a great group of young moms for your MOPS program - I'm sure it will be a blessing to them. Like Suzanne, I'm from Canada and we don't have all those flavours for coffee - I do like the Irish Creamers occasionally but we have Tim Horton's - have you ever heard of that?? Very Canadian :)

Hope you have a great weekend!

Blessings!

I hope you're having fun at the pumpkin patch today:) This sounds like a great week. Especially the at-home days, I treasure those, too. And how wonderful that your group is growing so! You are blessing every single one of those moms!

I love me some pumpkin pie creamer and I also love hanging in my pj's with my little baby boy any chance I get. We love those days we have no place to go!!!

You know I'm a reality show junkie! But not all, just a few.
Haven't tried that pumpkin creamer yet!
I hope to get back to doing this meme this week.
