It's Monday

Well today Madison is out of school again. It's Presidents Day. We are going to eat lunch with Scott's grandma. Then we are going shopping for Easter clothes. I'm wanting them to kind of match even though Madison keeps saying that wont happen. It will.
We ended up not going to church yesterday morning. But went last night. Scott finally got caught up at work yesterday. Hooray!

This week I'm going to lunch with a friend tomorrow and Miller. We are going to Burger King so he can play and we can actually talk. We have gymnastics tomorrow night too.

Wednesday I plan on cleaning the house and going to my bible study......and the rest of the week will be hopefully quiet.

My parents come home friday....hip hip hooray! Madison has a dinner at school that night so Miller is going to Mimi's and Papaw's as soon as they come home. But they cant wait.

I have found a new website for new recipes....the Pillsbury Bake Off ....and wow what wonderful recipes. Tonight we are having Chicken Roll Ups...I'll let you know..

For my 7 can Soup the recipe is

1 can chili with beans
1 can chili with out beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can veggie soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can of Rotel

Mix all together and put in your Crock Pot for 4-5 hours on low all day.....very good with Corn Chips and Shredded Cheese.....and great left over.

Well. I hope you all have a great Monday.

Sounds kinda like taco soup. Huummm. I love the picture of the flowers...so much has bloomed here but I am afraid it is way to early & we will get a bad freeze like last year. Hope you have a good week.

Thank you for praying for my mom. She had breast cancer about 14 years ago and survived that, but this is a bit strange. They thought maybe leukemia, but they keep telling her it just doesn't fit the symptoms she has. I will keep you posted.

I can't believe your parents are going to be home already. It seemed like they just left. How time flies. I am glad for you because I know how close you all are.

Have a nice lunch. Me and my friends like to do Burger King also because it's close and the kids can play. That makes it much easier for everyone who wants to have a conversation.

Thanks for the recipe for the soup. I am going to print it out right away.

Sounds like a good week ahead! I know you're so happy that your folks are coming home. Absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that :) I bet they will be tickled pink to see all of you guys :)

Let us know how those chicken roll-ups are. Yummy, they sound good!

Have a wonderful week, Jen!
