What's going on over here

Guess what? Today is Girls Day Out! I cannot wait. Me and my girlfriends....8 of us are meeting at a local Mexican Resteraunt for lunch and margaritas....then we are going shopping. We haven't done this in awhile so I'm so excited we are getting to do this. Our sweet husbands are watching our children so we as women can have our time. I cannot wait...did I mention this?

My parents come home next Friday...hooray. Things were not great this week as everything went wrong. But things are looking up now.

Scott has to work tomorrow so I'm taking the kids to church by myself which is fine...I can do this. With all the ice we had this past week people are still out of phone service. He works until noon today so I can get out....I love that man.

I'm taking a meal to our friends Nate tonight....I'm cooking a roast in the Crockpot for them. His cancer is still there...they are treating him with a new chemo.

Valentines Day is over....we had a nice steak dinner in the Dining room....it was really good. We all had a nice time.

Madison's party went well...I advise you parents who are room moms to do the Banana Split Party huge success...the kids loved it! I also bought 21 Hershey Bars and wrapped them up....it only cost me about $12 total for the bars and this was pretty big for them too.

The kids are out of school Monday for Presidents Day. We are going to eat lunch with Scott's grandma and go look for Easter clothes. Madison is finishing up a school project today.

I cant really believe it and kind of scared to mention it but we are all healthy right now.
