Works for me Wednesday...Love Edition

When Shannon said she was going to do a Love Edition Theme....I thought it would be a great idea.
SO to read about more Love Advice.....or Making Valentines Day Special...go on over to Rocks in My Dryer.......

Valentines Day at our house is filled with lots of love. Madison and I are making Chocolate Suckers this year we already bought the chocolates and molds. We are going to give them to her classmates. Also we are dipping pretzels with White Chocolate and drizzling pink chocolate over them.....these are verrrrry good...and great gifts for teachers. We decorated her Valentine Box already and got some great heart material at Walmart with glitter and fur....we are making cookies with heart shaped cookie cutters and decorating them for grandparents and neighbors.

Advice on relationships.....we have been together 14 years...13 years on the 26th of this month...communication is very important, respect, and laughter is very important. We keep it honest. Yes....we argue......but if we didn't it wouldn't be normal. We say we love you everyday too. Scott is the love of my life...we try to go out at least once a month.....we enjoy each others company. He is my true Valentine....

Happy Wednesday everyone and enjoy your Valentine this year.

I love your ideas for Valentines gifts. I made the pretzels for Halloween & Christmas and rolled them in sprinkles...they were yummy and cute. We gave them to my daughters classmates and I'll be doing them again! Thanks for sharing your ideas and advice. Have a great day!

You have so much energy! I hadn't even thought about making stuff for V-day...my girls are in the floor as I type signing their premade cards from Target. Is Madison feeling better?

I agree...communication and respect are sooo important!!

Have you ever tried putting the large marshmallows on toothpicks and dipping them in chocolate?? They are sooo yummy!! You can roll them in sprinkles too!

Oh, I'm so gonna do the choc covered pretzels!!! Where do you get pink chocolate??? I've been looking for something to make for SlowMo's class. I think that's too classy for the kiddo's, so I'm gonna make them to hand out at Sunday school!!

My students love it when their friends make valentines. It is so rare now, that they really stand out as something special. More important is the time the two of you enjoy making them!

Any person who has ever spent more than about 10 minutes with me...well they know I love my husband! The Girls I work with pick on me..in a good way. I dont usually call Danny by his name...I call him "Hurs-been", that is my way of saying husband. When he calls me at work, they say "Tina...Hurs-been is on the phone for you!" He calls me "Woman", not "my woman" just "Woman"! And I would say that laughter is the best medicine for marriage & just about anything else & we have plenty of it around here!!
