My husband is extremely picky, which makes trying new things difficult. The kids will try just about anything, though...I'm glad about that! Your menu sounds yummy...especially the cake!!

I have a recipe called mexican lasagna that is AWESOME. If it sounds like something you might like...let me know & I'll get you the recipe. Nicole tried it a while back, and it was a hit for her also...and it's very easy!

Have a great week girly!
Homemade pizza sounds so yummy! And what a sweet treat you have planned for Valentine's Day!

Great menu Jen :)

You know I'm portuguese and have tons of portuguese recipes on my food blog, if that's something you would be interested in trying :)

I have a picky husband too, that fusses when I try new things. Some of my new ventures have been received well, but others have not. I usually ask him to rate them so I know whether or not to make them again at a later date. Thank goodness for Allrecipes.com for inspiration! :) My Friday recipe exchange has been a big help too!

Thanks for stopping by to comment on my Valentine’s Day cookie fest post. Sounds like you're whipping up lots of fun Valentine's Day treats as well. I'd love to see pictures of how your chocolate covered pretzels turned out! :)

Your menu looks so yummy this week. I might need to invite myself over for dinner...except for the fact that I have no idea where you live. Maybe I'll just have to try some of your recipes instead.LOL. Allrecipes is one of my favorite sites.

Have a great evening.

Thanks for being the first person to comment on my blog...and thanks for the sleep tip for my son. Here's a tip for your asian food...our most favorite meal at my house is stir fry, and my husband is the master at making it. He cuts the chicken up into pieces and throws it in the bottom of the wok with a little bit of olive oil and ginger ale. Then we just add those frozen stirfry mixes like you get at the grocery store and some premade sauce from the ethnic food aisle. It's so easy, and it's not exactly bad for you either.
