FOR TODAY...Monday...November 9th

Outside my window... the sun is slowly rising...and I'm watching moms and dads go to work.

I am thinking... of our new Suburban we bought Saturday. :)

I am thankful for... Our God. As he provides us with everything we need. He restores us.

I am wearing...tank and pajama pants

I am remembering... how fast the holidays hit us all. So I'm working in my Christmas Planner today...

I am going... after school the kids have Christmas pictures to be taken.

I am reading...catch up on magazines....

I am hoping...that the up coming days are calm and peaceful for all.

On my mind...recipes and holiday cookbooks.

From the learning rooms... being thankful for everything. We are also collecting pine cones...to spray paint for a center piece.

Noticing that... Everything always works out. The good thing is we learn something from it.

Pondering these words... Live, Laugh and Love

From the kitchen... Cheeseburger Soup, Salmon Patties, Mexican lasagna, Veggie Beef Soup, Upside Pizza, Chicken and Dumplins.....also making several chicken pot pie mixtures to freeze for crazy nights in December.

Around the house...the house was cleaned on Friday so today is laundry...alot of it. And straightening around...making those pot pies!

One of my favorite things.... going to the candy shop down town and test tasting the different fudges they make! Yum!

From my picture journal..Miller at our MOPS Pumpkin Painting Day!

Great idea to make potpies ahead of time... I may just borrow that idea! :) Have a great day!

What a great idea, to make the chicken pot pie filling and freeze it. So much easier than freezing the whole thing. I'm going to try that.

I'm making holiday lists today, too. Getting a jump start!

Have a great day, Jen.
Wonderful daybook Jen, and I hope you had a great Monday :)

Congratulations on the Suburban, you must be so excited!

I don't even want to think how close the holidays are... haven't done the first thing or even thought of the first thing, LOL!

All of your food sounds scrumptious, as always :)

What a cute picture of your son. Your blog has made me want a cup of coffee. You are so busy. I love pot pies. I just buy mine. I'm sure yours are better and healthier. I don't cook as much now that my children are grown. I hope you have a great week. Doylene
