Good Morning

For more day books go on over to visit Peggy at The Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY...Monday...November 30th

Outside my window... the streets are wet. It's cold....and the lights in houses are coming on.

I am thinking... of all our Christmas stuff I'm putting out today.

I am thankful for... for birthday parties...Miller had 4 for turning 4. He had a ball.

I am wearing...tank and yoga pants.

I am remembering... to be thankful this holiday season and to give more.

I am going... on a weekend girl shopping trip on Friday...cannot wait!

I am reading...Christmas magazines and cookbooks.

I am hoping... Madison feels better....she is home sick today with a tummy ache.

On my mind... Bunco on Thursday night..I'm hosting and so far 12 have RSVP'd....getting excited.

From the learning rooms... Miller has an Advent calender to make today while I'm decorating a Christmas movie to watch and ornaments to paint.
Busy Boy!

Noticing that...if you dont take time for the little things you wont notice them...

Pondering these words... leftovers.

From the kitchen... Baked Potato soup crock pot style, grilled chicken with Jasmine rice and asparagus, Fajitas Nachos, the weekend....is free for all...and making a coconut layer cake for bunco....I'm doing the dessert bar

Around the house...decorating.

One of my favorite things....my children.

From my picture journal..

Hi Jen,
Do you share your recipe for crockpot baked potato soup?
How many people play in your Bunco group if everyone shows up?
Have a blessed week...

That's a beautiful picture. Though I'm not sure that I want to see snow in my yard for a while.
I love the photo you shared. Your week sounds busy. I'm going to try an get a few things done toward gift wrapping and decorating today. I love Potato Soup. I make mine in the crockpot, also.

Never thought of doing my potato soup in the crockpot. That would be so much easier. Have fun decorating and have a great week.
