Friday the 13th!!!

For more Favorite things go visit Suzanne over at Living to tell the story....

1. This quote....."I believe you can keep going long after you think you cant"

2. Breakfast with a friend. It was nice to sit and talk about all kinds of fun stuff...with no kids to deal with in that moment. Always take time to sit down alone with girlfriends whether its breakfast, lunch dinner, wine tasting, whatever it may be...take that time.

3. Hearing Christmas music int he department stores. I haven't started playing any yet...and I walked thru the mall the other day and could hear it playing. It makes me smile.

4. My new Suburban we bought Saturday. I have always wanted one. And now i own one. :)

5. Looking through holiday cookbooks and magazines this week. I enjoy finding family favorites.

This weekend is Scott's birthday. We are celebrating with family and friends. We have a Chili Supper for church to go to and a birthday party to attend. Throw in a local football game and a MOPS meeting, and a family dinner....a nice weekend to celebrate Scott. I love him very much. Happy Birthday babe.

I'm starting to pull out my holiday cookbooks too to start buying what I need. I really enjoy that part of planning for Christmas.

Being with friends is a real blessing.

Happy birthday to your hubby!! Sounds like you have a full weekend.

That is a great quote -- too often I want to let up before I should.

I miss breakfasts and lunch with friends. Everyone seems too busy.

Congrats on your new Suburban!

Your Fave Fives sound great. I've been enjoying the Christmas music in the stores, too. There is something about those songs that always makes my spirits soar plus I just can't help sing along.

I'm enjoying the sights and sounds (and smells) of Christmas already in the stores. Love your quote. I should embroider it and hang it up for "those days." Great reminder for my kids, too.
