For Today...November 3rd

Outside my Window...it's cold. the sky is lit already. with the new time change we awake to light.

From the learning rooms...we are going to work with pre school scissors this week...cutting up construction paper and talking about the different colors....we may focus on the letter O for orange.

From the kitchen this week...Pepperoni Stromboli, Italian Beef, Burrito Pie and Pecan Pie Muffins...just some of the things cooking this week.

I am wearing...white tee shirt and pajama pants

I am reading...holiday cookbooks...getting ready for grocery lists and menus still doing this from last week.

I am hoping...start deep cleaning some areas this week for the holidays.

I am creating...a file for Christmas recipes.

I am hearing...Blues Clue's on the tv.

Around the house...I need to clean the hardwood. Wash windows, and do laundry....oh and take down Halloween decor and leave fallish stuff out.

One of my favorite things...going to Christmas Open houses in our downtown area.

Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...gymnastics as we do every week....along with volleyball two times this week, a bible study, Madison has a dentist appointment after we VOTE...and she is getting the flu mist...she has a dance to go to again...I have a Dr appointment this week, MOPS is this week....I'm getting the flu shot this week as well, Our last home football game is Friday and we are tailgating with friends...fun fun!

I need to be doing some deep cleaning for the holidays too! It will take me about a week to get used to the time change; can you believe it's November already!

Wow - your week made me tired just reading about it! Glad to see you put "vote" in there! It's so important and a good lesson for your kids on being a responsible citizen. Enjoy your week!
Gosh, you stay so busy Jen! I need to do some cleaning and stuff, but boy, I really do NOT want to! Your food all sounds so good, I want to come eat with you guys this week :)

Have a wonderful week!

I love your Monday posts.

I saw the MOPS sign at LOBC last week. I went home on Clinton rd and saw it. I thought of you.
Sounds like you have a very full week, but lots of blessings stuffed in there. Loved the photo - what's not to love about fall?

Beautiful, beautiful picture. It's wonderful how you plan something for Miller each week, learning his letters. I wish I had done that with my kids when they were litte. It sounds like fun for both of you.

Cleaning for the holidays. That's a good idea. If I know you're doing it too, I won't mind it so much!
