Summer overall
Some things I have loved about Summer
1. Sleeping in past 7! It has been so nice to stay up till 11 and sleep past 7.
2. On really hot days..just watching movies from Redbox....$1movies rock! Saved us from really expensive outings this summer.
3. The sound of summer...crickets, kids playing in the pool, laughter.
4. Watermelon, ice cream from the ice cream man, grilled hot dogs....
5. Fireworks, riding bikes, bad mitten in the back yard.
6. Family outings, cook outs, dinners out with friends sitting outside.
7. Sitting on the porch with Scott drinking coffee in the mornings.
8. Lemonade, lemon bars, sun tea.
9. Field Trips...to a different park to play and have picnics.
10. Vacations to the beach!
11. Our garden and its bounty!
We have had a great summer. And its still going on somewhat. Madison started school and Miller starts back Monday. So....we still have weekends to enjoy our favorite things about summer.

I love taking walks around the lake, picnics at the river bottom, sitting and watching and listening to sprinklers and lots more it would take a post to recount. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
But you know what? Some people in this very town don't even have a fan much less A/C. Now I feel bad!
