Happy St. Patrick's Day

Happy St Patrick's Day everyone. I have been up since 6am. Scott and I started exercising this morning...sit ups and walking. We always start getting into shape in March. Something about spring time coming...then summer then bathing suits...so that is what motivates me..bathing suits.
So Madison is off to school and they are having spring pictures made today....on St Patrick's Day. Crazy I know. She wore red. She said she wasn't wearing green for school pictures. I really don't blame her. Miller is watching Winnie the Pooh and Springtime Too....it's Movie Time Monday on Disney Channel and they always have the cutest movies for him.
I have started laundry....4 loads to go . And mopped the kitchen floor and cleaned the kitchen. I have dinner started to put together. Dinner tonight is Chicken Broccoli Casserole with a Salad. Not sure what kind of salad just yet. But I like to get my dinners started early because by the time Madison gets home it is always crazy with homework and her activities. This way I can just pop whatever in the oven...easy for me at least. I also try to cut up celery and add peanut butte to it for the kids a snack or apples....even popcorn is a good afternoon snack.
Madison has Volleyball practice for an hour and a half tonight.
I'm also wanting to get my Spring Time wreath on my door this week. My dad is on a golf trip this week so I'm going to running around with momma.
Well....I'm off to dust my dining room and vacuum the house.....I need to tackle bathrooms....maybe Friday....have a great St Patrick's Day everyone.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you too.

After reading your post I am getting motivated to get my own butt back to my exercise routine. I think I'll start today.

I make my dinner early too. If I don't the same thing happens here, it gets crazy in the afternoon when the kids get home. They are on Spring break right now. It seems weird because they always have it so early, but they are out of school the beginning of May and back by July so they only have 2 months left when they go back after break. They call it year round modified.

Have a great day.
I don't blame her for not wanting to wear green for picture day, either ;-)

I'm in the process of making corned beef and cabbage for my parents tonight. It's my Dad's favorite meal.

Happy St Pat's Day, to you too Jen!

Happy St.Patrick's Day!

My daughter just asked me to go jogging with her, that is the first :) then she says we need to go at 4:00 AM so she has time to get ready for school! I don't know which will be worse, me in a bathing suit this summer with a little more flab than last year, or having to walk at the crack of dawn. Wait a minute the crack of dawn hasn't even cracked at 4 am.

Prayers are needed!

Happy St Patrick's Day.
I keep trying to get ready for summer, but by dinner time I mess up. I need to put my bathing suit on the refrigerator.
Good luck.

You are all over it, girlie! I'm impressed. I didn't exercise, cook or decorate....I sat on my bum recovering from vacation when Matt when to grab take out. I'll get back in the game tomorrow. ;)

Hope you had a nice St. Patrick's Day, Jen. Just reading this makes me feel guilty about the condition of my house right now!

I'm just now getting around to visit blogs. I hope you had a nice St. Paddy's day. Chicken Broccoli Casserole and salad -- one of my son's all time favorite meals in the whole world. I like to get an early jump on supper, too. It seems to make the whole day go more smoothly. I love the comment from jennwa -- Maybe I should try putting my bathing suit on the refrigerator door! I start out the day doing well, but by supper time I conveniently forget that I'm on a diet!
