Menu Plan for the week of March 22nd




Meatless Monday...Crock Pot Minestrone Soup...this looks overwhelming but it is one of the easiest soups to make. Freeze what you do not eat. Add ground beef or turkey if you need meat.

Tuesday...Easy Philly Cheesesteak Bake  fruit on the side

Wednesday....Crock Pot Chicken Tacos with chips and salsa

Thursday....leftovers

Friday.....Cheesy Baked Tortellini  with a side salad

Seafood Saturday....Grilling Steaks (marinade both in Dale's sauce) and Shrimp with baked potatoes on the grill too. This salad on the side

Sunday......Cajun Cauliflower Rice and Sausage 

Dessert of the week....Oreo Dirt Cake 


I'm going to start writing more on the blog. Tracking this thing called "the new normal".
