Tuesday....Beef Enchiladas chips and dips (salsa and gauc)

Wednesday....leftovers

Thursday....Make ahead Lasagna Roll Ups with a side salad

Friday.....eating out

Saturday.....Sheet Pan Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken with brown rice

Seafood Sunday.....Teriyaki Salmon with asparagus and Risotto
