For Today...December 8th

Outside my Window...the sun is rising slowly...and it is cold. Very cold. My dog didn't even stay out long.

From the learning rooms...since we are getting down to Christmas I may just work on numbers this month and talk about Jesus and his birth.

I'am thinking....that I'm 34 today. It's my birthday.

I'am thankful.....for heat, my house, paid for vehicles, and sales.

I'am going...I'm going out with momma today. A girls day.

From the kitchen this week...Mostaccioli, Breakfast, Burgers on the grill, Chicken Divan, Toffee, and more peanut butter balls, and Banana Sour Cream Bread for the neighbors

I am wearing..a warm up suit...its pink

I am reading...Martha Stewart's holiday cookbook and entertaining

I am hoping...to get presents wrapped this week.

I am creating...an area to wrap those presents in the laundry room.

I am hearing...nothing..Scott and Madison are gone and Miller is sleeping still. Silence.

Around the house..cleaning floors, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and stripping sheets.

One of my favorite things...a foot rub.

Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...gymnastics, church, coffee with a friend, shopping with a friend and lunch, playdate with MOPS, hair app and nail appointment, Madison has her first winter dance to attend, semi formal. we have our MOPS Chrismtas party on Sunday night, and Sunday School Christmas Party on Saturday night.

Miller was sick last week...high high fever....he is healing and better now. Today I turn 34. A friend recently told me that Glamor magazine said turning 34 was the best year yet. You felt confident and really good about yourself...we will see.

A picture thought I wanted to share with you.

Happy Birthday! I have a December birthday, too! Actually, we have 6December birthdays in the family - 4th, 5th, 16th, 18th, 20th, and 22nd! And we celebrated all of them on Friday! I need to get pics posted on my blog. They are on Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=72264&l=fa37c&id=663771041

Happy, happy Birthday, my friend! Oh to be 34 again. I guess I could say I'm celebrating the 16th year of my 34th birthday;) I hope you had a wonderful day with your mom. Moms are the best people to celebrate your birthday with, I think. I hope you got lots of presents and your favorite cake.

Mostaccioli -- I haven't made that in ages, but it was one of our favorites growing up. I'll have to put it on my menu. And foot rubs are the best. See, I know we're kindred spirits.

Hope your day was the best.

Happy Belated Birthday! I have a birthday this month too (the 14th) and my daughter and youngest son share a birthday (the 27th), they are exactly 10 years apart. December has the best birthday celebration of all, our Savior's. I like having a birthday the same month as Him.

Blessings to you this week.
