Menu Plan for the week of February 18th




Dessert of the week....Lemon Sugar Cookie Bars

Monday....Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet with roasted sweet potatoes

Tuesday....Beef Shredded Chimichangas

Wednesday.....Sticky Chicken over cauliflower rice and a spinach salad

Thursday........leftovers

Friday.....Bacon Pineapple BBQ Chicken with loaded potatoes and Brussel Sprouts Salad with Cranberries and pecans

Saturday.....eating out

Sunday.....Taco Soup (Low Carb)  I will take leftovers and package it for lunches Monday and Tuesday next week

I made these No Bake Oatmeal/PB/Chocolate Chip Energy Balls last week. They are really good and easy to grab and go. Filling too! Easy and fast to make.
